To reinforce what others have said, getting a second opinion on your biopsy slides simply means that the slides are mailed to the lab you've selected, and they send you a report back. You don't have to travel, and you don't have to change doctors. It's worth doing. I did it, and the reading changed.
As diagnoses of PC go, it doesn't get any better than yours in terms of small size or low grade. take your time and do your research.
If i were in your shoes I would consider finding a new urologist who is a better communicator and not so trigger happy on unnecessary tests and procedures. The scans have minimal adverse effects but some of the things that docs get trigger-happy about have major undesirable side effects. You don't want that.
