Welcome, topbox, thanks for joining us, sorry for the reason though. There's several guys here who can address your question, maybe in more detail than you wish (
).

Welcome to our family.
I've been on Zytiga and Perdisone for about
five months now and my PSA went from 149 to 27.4.
I'm also on Eligard (Lupron like) every 3 months and Zometa (every 3 months) for bone health.
Side effects from the Zytiga and Perdisone are minimal.
You may also want to look at MDV3100.
If you ever want my email is in my profile.
HUGS!

Topbox, my husband was on zytiga for a few months but only once did the PSA go down and then it began to go up. He is currently on MDV3100 and after only a month, it went down by almost two thirds! ( I just corrected this: it went from 30 to 11)

My welcomes to you also! I cant give any useful info as I am just beginning this dubious adventure myself. As to the emotional side of it, my heart goes out to you and it seems there are many here who pray for each other and that cant be bad at all.
