Had Robotic in January.  First blood test after was 0.00.

After three months, it was 0.00

Had the six months test last week.  Still waiting but see no way it could be anything else.

HooRay.

OK.  History

PSA in Aug 2010 was 3.8.

PSA in Oct 2010 was 4.2.

Antibiotics for two weeks.

PSA two weeks later was 4.89.

Biopsy in Dec.

3 of 12 positive.

Robotic removal in Jan 2011

Erections gone.  Cialas no workie.

Pump a bust as does remove the desire to stop and stare being intimate.

Erections now very slight but incouraging.

Wife very important to understanding and help with manual.

Just waiting.  Crossed fingers.

I'll say it is far too early to give up on Cialis. My uro/surgeon has me on a daily 5mg dose. Also, the pump was nothing to brag about in the "live use" department, but using it daily just to stretch out the tissue may help keep atrophy to a minimum. I was told to use it to pump up, hold for 15 seconds or so, then release and repeat a couple of times a day. Helps prevent plaque from building up in the chambers.

Don't ever give up on the ED front. It can take months or years to get function back, even if you had a perfect nerve-sparing procedure.
