Pain on undetetable PSA

 

Dear brothers

 

I am on pain start and took Dexamol as pain killer pills last days .

 

I had my Radical prostatectomy on Jan 14 2009 at Mayo Clinic.

(PSA 7.4 before surgery and 0.19 after surgery)

My final diagnosis was

Gleason 4+5 ,clinical pT3a,N1,MX aenocarcinoma of the prostate with

concmitant chronic lymhocytic leukemia /small lymphocytic lymphoma

 

March 2009 4 shots of Zoladex PSA reduced to below 0.004 till Nov 2011

PSA increased to 0.18 took 3 shots of Zalodex till April 2012

Aug /2012 is still under 0.004

No hematalogy therapy was done based on blod count  of few MDs opinion

On April 2010 PET/CT -F18  possible tumor on rib 9 last Zomera on Nov 2011

 

Pain at lips mouth  legs hands and hip bone

Any suggestions of the reason to increased pain

My MD send me to pain managment clinic and they recommending different water exercises?

I feel that I need serious assistance because the agresive cancer that was found
I wonder if the Bone scan a year ago Sept 26/2011 showed increased radiotracer uptake in SIJ'S
in facets joints of L4 -L5 in cervical spine increas radiotracer on knees and in tarsal bones

I wonder if to repeat bone scane or to preform PET/CT with choline
probably the PSA in not the only marker that can point the decease status
because the undetectable level and pain are not correlating
