open Radical Prostatecomy 02/11, PSA down to 0.07 by 04/12 but started to rise again 06/12 to 0.14, 08/12 to 0.18 and the last visit two days ago confirmed the upward trend to 0.26.
Just have to wait now for an appointment with the Onc for the radiation treatment.

unfortunately for you, sounds like recurrance has been confirmed. good luck with salvage radiation and finding a top notch radiation oncologist and radiation center.

You had a positive margin at surgery.  This should not be a surprise to you or your doctor.  This is a case where a positive margin and BCR is a good thing.  The chances are high that SRT will take care of your problem.  I am not sure why your doctor didn't send you months ago for SRT when your PSA came back given your post op pathology.

After your surgery, did your Gleason score stay at G-6 when they biopsied the entire organ?
