If any of you guys like to look at the "Page 3" girls in the British tabloid "The Sun," you've surely seen this photographer's work.  I'll bet F8 has admired his work.  May he rest in peace:

It works for me. Are you trying it on a school computer? There might be filtering.

Cajun Jeff, you can also try simply going to page3.com

The story is on that page.  I occasionally get that "forbidden" message to, but don't understand why.  It's not one of "those" sites that you would expect to perhaps be "forbidden."

You might try bypassing your browser cache. Try the link again and, while you are looking at the error page, enter CTRL F5.

Blocked for me as well. Often this happens if a server has had a denial of service attack that routes through a specific IP. That server will then deny all access from that original IP. Pity is that one attacker blocks all other access from users of networks on the other side of that IP.

Only way to get around that is to use a service provider that uses a different trunk.

LEGENDARY Page 3 photographer Beverley Goodway died on Sunday, aged 69.
"The shy, bow-tie wearing Sun man had been battling cancer.

Beverley snapped thousands of models for Britain’s best-loved glamour page during 33 years. Among those he helped rocket to fame were Samantha Fox, Linda Lusardi and Jordan.

Page 3 icon Linda last night led tributes to Beverley, saying: “He was simply the best.”

It's just sad to see the disease take another life.

The story helps to tell us his demise, but the examples of his life's work that is on the site iw worth it to make a special efforts to get there.....VERY, Very talented man. Even more beautifulier (yeah, I know) subjects to base his life's work on.

works fine for me and my Canadian provider -

Purgatory - the newspaper is in England - that is why you hadn't heard of him -

-our Toronto Sun used to mimic them with a page 3 girl and even for a short time period, a page XXX boy (man).. but the boy went away and the girl was moved off to the back pages near the classifieds....

RIP to another victim of PCa. A man I never knew of, but I certainly remember the photographs he took when I still lived in the UK.
"Page Three" is a British phenomenon; a full page topless photo that usually fills the third page of the Sun newspaper. (And is probably responsible for this newspaper having such a large circulation!)

I remember admiring many, many examples of this man's photography over the years (ahem !) On a slightly different tack, for those of you that don't know it The Sun is a lowest-common-denominator newspaper which concentrates on celebrity tattle and sport, largely to the exclusion of actual news, and Bev's photos were one of its few redeeming features. smilewinkgrin
