Yes: Your e-mail is exactly like the information that I was looking for a year ago!
I was getting them like crazy too right after surgery while taking 5 mg. of Cialis. I felt very alone since no-one could really tell me if this was a SURE predictor for complete recovery.
In my opinion, this is a good sign. But you can't do anything with them. As soon as you wake up they vanish. The good part is that your penis is getting a good supply of fresh blood and stretching. I believe that it also may show that you do not have circulatory problems with the veins that supply the blood. I very slowly am improving and was able at 15 months to have intercourse with just Cialis. My improvement was slow but steady. I figure after about 2 years I should be in pretty good shape. I am now 59 years old and DID start Bimix injections at 6 months post surgery. No big deal with the injections and they did work great. I believe that the injections did jump start things.
Just perhaps a helpful hint. Don't wear anything (or perhaps wear very loose boxers to bed). I found that tight undewear restricted my nocturnals, but wearing nothing gave me good ones several times a night. It is a good thing to see your "friend" coming back to life and it gave me something to look forward to every night. I used to wake my wife up to "show off"!
In my case, the great nighttime nocturnals are being replace with usable daytime erections. And this is certainly where you want to be. But I still get pretty good nocturnals for most of the night but they are not as strong.
So your road may be a long one (as in my case) but I believe that you are showing the best response that IS predicting that you will be able to intercourse with a Cialis or Viagra. Or perhaps without any aids. By the way, I get mine from an on-line off -shore pharamcy for $1.00 each for 20 mg. and I just break them into quarters for 5.mg. So that is 25 cents per day. I TAKE THEM AT NIGHT. And finally, I lost NO length as some men state and I believe the nocturnals are responsible for that good effect!
If you would like to chat, I could give you my phone or e-mail number. Next to having no ED, I personally think that you are doing just fine..but be patient and don't get discouraged.
