I had by third annual visit with my urologist. He gave the good news the my PSA test was still undetectable. I asked him why he didn't seemed concerned by my positive margins. he said that my positive margins were what the call"false, positive." As he explained it, when the robotic claw grabs hold of the prostrate it leaves small indentation so that when the pathologist inks the prostrate it will show very small positives. The cells had never grown into the margin. He said they never had that when the surgeon used his hand to remove the prostrate. He went on to say that based on the statistics that their practice keeps, that I now have less then a 10% chance of a reoccurrence. I feel very blessed and what a great Christmas present!
I will keep all of you that struggle with this difficult disease in my prayers and I wish you all a Merry Christmas.

Congrats on a good PSA test. It's always great to hear good news.
I had positive margins after
open surgery, but my doc hasn't seemed concerned. He thinks the likelihood of it turning into a recurrence is minimal. After two years, so far so good.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a healthy New Year!
