Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events

While doing my research on PCa I read many reports that used the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events and described adverse events as grade 1 thru 5.   If you run across this reference you can look up exactly what the definitions are of the various grades.   The version 3.0 and 4.0 are located at the following web site:   http://www.eortc.be/services/doc/ctc/ Note: A Grade 5 event is a real bummer!   David
