I don't want to minimize your stress because I can certainly relate to what you're writing. I also fully appreciate that telling people to manage their stress and reactions is like telling the hunchback of notre dame to walk straight.
That said, as someone who has gone through this let me point something out. Your current situation with prostate cancer and with treatment is, in all probability, a temporary thing that you will overcome relatively soon and then move on with some adjustments, probably minor ones. We get very involved with PCa and treatment because it overtakes our lives. But as someone who has seen others deal with far worse, sometimes repeatedly, including myself, let me just say that it might help for you to look at this as an isolated issue in your life that you shall overcome and that in all probability this is the only thing going terribly wrong in your life right now and that that in itself is a positive thing.
Sorry to sound preachy, it's easy to say two years out, I know that.
