.03 this year, all good at 6 yrs

My husband's 6 year annual PSA has come back undetectable. See updated signature. That's consistent with his last few years of readings. This news is for those recently concerned about low ultra sensitive readings to whom I posted a response, as well as the Aussies and others who follow our journey, the vets like Swimom who once reassured me with such readings, TC and the new mods, the old (not literally) - timers, the new-timers, and those who post regularly, and everyone else who is interested in a 6 year milestone! Hope that covers everyone. We are happy with this result.

One of his other blood tests has me a bit worried but waiting to see the doc for a full review. She kindly gives us a copy because if they are Ok and normal, I can read them and give hubby the good news. Hopefully the other blood test ( which indicates some inflammation is going on which he is unaware of) is high as a a result of his inflammation from severe arthritis etc from motorbike injuries before we met, which he has been treated for several decades. However I don't know what the test is, so hopefully will find out tonight... I don't think it's a huge issue. Its just starred for discussion! You know what I mean. I am not going to stress about it because if it was a huge issue she would not have given us the results to worry about... That's my logic. Hope it works...the main thing is the PSA is good for another year...and I don't want to know anything about the other test that is starred!! Until there is nothing to know...

Just wanted to post the annual PSA as it just came through after a 4 day wait. At 6 years all settled. No on-going side effects. All is well. I can breathe again.... We do know how lucky we are. Good luck to all. kind regards to all. Lana

I am so glad to see you post! I've missed you!! Even more happy about such a nice PSA again. I hope the flagged test turns out to be no big deal. You're probably correct that it implies CJ's arthritis is being a bugger. That he can manage, though it's no picnic having to do so.

Paul has has his 30 month blood test and the results are coming out next week. We are having a torrid time at the moment, Paul's mum has just broken her hip and I am having to deal with a very very difficult employee at work that has caused my stress levels to be sky high for the last few months. I am barely coping with life at the moment and I so hope this blood test is going to be good.

We have been seeing a lot of long. 5&> years "zeros", lately as we all age and "time" passes. It bodes well for us all new and old, especially when it is a gleason>than 6. Thanks for sharing.

Your good wishes are sincerely appreciated, and, as Sephie says... yes it feels very good...

The other blood test was minor,  and indicates that arthritis the cause of the inflammation , but not significant so that's all good.

Swim,great to hear from you too. I always celebrate to hear of your Paul's good health. I will never forget the support you gave us in the early days.

Bronson, I have missed your postings. I hope you and Steve are holding up... I realise it is a stressful time for you. Your Aussie friend's jokes, which you never really got sometimes, but I did, were great, and I often passed them on, laughing all the way. If you and Steve ever come out this way to visit your Aussie friends and relatives, flip me an email and we can paint the town red (that means have fun!).

An, I really hope you can get on top of the employee situation. Nothing worse than having problems at work which you can't resolve, and family illness as well. A double whammy for you. Sincerely hope it resolves, and Paul's next PSA is good too. Take care of yourself An.

Sephie, I will be thinking of you at John's test-time. I will never forget that "bump" of his a few years back, and your moving posts around that time, and how you managed. I will keep you and John in my thoughts for another stunning zero this time around. It was a miracle for sure, what happened before.

Tony, thanks for flipping us your good wishes, and even sending them upside down (just for us ) but your spelling is still in need of some improvement as you keep leaving letters out!!

So "favourite" is the way you spell it my friend!

Thank you again everyone for taking time to respond to our good news, especially those with difficult struggles at the moment. My husband had a very happy time over coffee this morning as I read out all the responses. He is grateful for the on-going support and good wishes, and sends his good wishes to all.

Ha ha... TC.... Lol... Now that's not bad! Almost as good as the comment once that you felt something under your feet and must have stepped on us!
