I was diagnosed in Dec. 2008 and PSA was 58 with not any great other testing because I HAD NO MONEY. The plan was to remove my bladder, prostate and manhood.
I am leaving out much but HOPE that those that have no great insurance, or any means/money learn from my story.
My doubling time was monthly as to PSA and yet I got bad advise because I was broke! These rooms helped me.
ZUFUS introduced me to a specialist that perscribed Biclutimide and it dropped my PSA from 230's to .01. It took momths and I had side affects but............
The specialist is a great man that talks about these things:
1. PC is very complex, one drug does not fit all
2. on that topic, we each have very different physiolgys and there are at least 30 variants of PC meaning that testing, really good tessting by a PC oncologist, is key
3. as to #2, It is tough to do but one MUST become his own advocate and that takes knowledge through desire to do same.
If you have no insurance, I'm here to tell you that there is a way.
THANK YOU ZUFUS! When I read your post in 2008, I knew that there was a way my friend.
