You will get the "eliminate all sugar" story. I even got that from a highly-recognized oncologist, but after discussion, he wanted me to eliminate added raw sugar. Because the standard substitutes contain chemicals that contribute to incontinence (according to my uro), I've been using stevia when I want to "add" sugar.
All of that is part of a good heart-healthy diet, and there is some basis for it.
Green tea is suggested by some, and if I'm not in error, even some of the mainline PCa specialists think it won't hurt you.
And in some situations I work with a homeopathic doctor, but we both agree that when faced with something like cancer, going "off the wall" and running in conflict to established medicine is a bigger risk than I care to take.
