Just got the report from MRI and to me it sounds great. The prostate has come down in size, the bladder appears normal, the seminal vesicles are collapsed but show no tumoral involvement. The anterior rectal wall is not involved. There is no extraprostatic extension of the tumor. The peripheral glad returns normal signal. The urogential diaphragm, the levator ani musculature are within normal limits with no tumor involvements. And all the lymph nodes has decreased in size.
Don't know what collapsed seminal vesicles mean, but understand the no tumoral involvement
As soon as the surgeon gets back from vacation, we're going to schedule surgery, we hope, he still has to look at the report. His blood levels are lower, so no more chemo...got to get strength back for chemo.
Today has been a great day and a huge relief.
