are we taking apart everything that was built and contributed to a 40% reduction on PCa mortality in last 30 years?

less testing, less biopsies, less treatment...

Yes, of course, I've taken a mental note that there will be a symposium. Noted... But what struck me from your post was this:

"One of the first a quite a few abstracts puts into question the safety of biopsy for prostate cancer. With a biopsy mortality rate of about 2 in 1000 of men biopsied this puts a real question mark on biopsy and screening."

Sorry if I didn't answer as you would have liked, but given that main point of your post I assumed we were still talking about the same exact thing again.
