t1 - you have a very interesting and complex case yourself, I hope you continue to hold your own
billymac - yeah, that's the game plan for now, hope my doc can keep buying me some more QOL time, thought it has to be understood, that my QOL is already greatly diminished with all the pain issues, the chronic fatigue, and then the endless bladder spasm. In one month, I will have been dealing with the chronic pain issue for 2 full years.
tim - thanks, sometimes that's all I need

David, I like BillyMac's post. I addressed something some were worried about
. I am sorry you don't have any relief in pain and an increase in your PSA. We keep you in our prayers daily. Please take care!
Hugs,
Aimzee

I agree with you David, given your pain issues the PSA has taken a back seat to your QOL.
It is the pain that must be issue number one for you as well as the bladder spasms. Unless your pain is made worse by large mets this would be what to work on first.
Wish you all the very best from the bottom of my heart,
An

quincy - yes, it was on my list. he wants to wait until I report back to him from the CRPS doctor before talking about
any changes to my meds. he said it was a good drug.
aimzee - hugs back. thanks, as always. billy always has been the good friend to me, we go way back. hope ron is ,holding his own too. my psa was expected to go up, so no real surprise there, was just a little higher than I was predicting, I thought perhaps low to mid-50s this time.
An thank you, that is the one point my doctor always stresses. he said his goal is to keep my QOL together as much as possible. Quantity of Life is not on the table at this point. He fully appreciates how much I already have on the table, and still losing more and more of it all the time. He very anxious to see what this CRPS doctor has to say. It may come up empty, it may come up with a proper dx, whereby a different method or different meds could be used. On the really bad days, when it hits both sides of me, I almost can't walk at all. The thought of ending up in a wheelchair frightens me, as I love my freedom and mobility, even though its been diminished the past 2 years.
