Judy, I too am saddened to hear of your husbands passing. My wife also struggled with failed cancer therapies and worsening pain for 6 1/2 years before she passed. Losing her was a tremendous loss, but I also knew that it was inevitable and she was no longer in pain.
My prayers and blessing go out to you and your family.

..Keep calm / Judy..
..I send my condolences to you and your family. Tuff times indeed. Sometimes I just sit and stare out at the sky whether day or night and wonder about
time and all it encompasses, I am then usually at a loss for words and just know that God is good. You loved your husband very much and that is the greatest gift you could of ever gave to him. Be well..

Judy,
Thank you for sharing this bittersweet news with us here at HW PC. You were the perfect wife of a PC guy and a great caretaker. I am certain that you were really there for your husband, up until the end of his heroic fight and battle. Sure he is in a better place, and without pain forever more.
May God mend your broken heart over time, may he R.I.P. You must have many great memories of your years together to hold onto.
We are always here for you, now or in the future.

So dreadfully sorry to learn of your husband’s passing.
He suffers no more and I hope wonderful memories of times you shared before PCa entered your lives will help carry you through this most difficult period of your life and your huge loss.
Take good care of yourself.
Sending you a warm and soothing hug from ‘over the pond’.

Keep Calm--Judy--KC,
Yes, you are sad, but please be proud of the epic battle that you have fought alongside your husband. I'm very sorry that you didn't win the battle, but after reading your posts that go back to 2008 I can see nothing that you could have done
differently. You have my admiration and respect.
God Bless and Peace to you.

Your husband is a fortunate man to have such a loving and caring partner as you. This disease attacks families, not just the men who are stricken. Take care of yourself. Know that you and your husband and your children and others are cared for by all of us here. Share as much or as little as you like. Many here posses wisdom and knowledge of treatments far beyond mine. I extend to you peace, for you and all your loved ones.
Pat
