Had my second PSA that came back as a 0.1 (no less-than there). The upside is that it didn't increase. The downside is that it is not less than 0.1

I'll take it and be happy, but am still living with uncertainty and wonder what the deal is.

First question, was the same lab used for the test?

Regardless, it is worth watching closely, when is your next one scheduled? If there is any increase at all in the future, its possible you are seeing the first signs of recurrence. Hopefully that is not the case.

Originally, when the first 0.1 came in, the uro scheduled the next test for October (6 months). I was in for incontinence training follow-up and requested he do the PSA at 3 months. He agreed, but let the October test and appointment stand. He doesn't seem to be too concerned at this point, but said if it goes to 0.2 it will be radiation time. All my tests have been done at the same lab.

Maybe they are trying to save ink by not printing the < sign...
