I had LRP four months ago and have started with testicle pain for the last three weeks with can range from dull ache to painfull. Anyone had the same and how long is it expected to last and any preventative advice.Tight supports make it worse.

I had that too. I was expecting it because they tug on your spermatic cord during surgery. But at 4 weeks out when my urologist examined my testicles, I grabbed his hand and gave a shout. It hurt like hell! He diagnosed epididymitis an infection. He put me on antibiotics which I am just finishing. It seems that helped a lot. Today I have to go back to him because I just discovered an incision staple which he missed removing a month ago.

That seems quite late. Talk to your doctor, ASAP.

I missed most of that because my RALRP was my second surgical sterilization (they still made me sign the relevant irrelevant paperwork), and the first one was when I got that over with - but it was directly post-surgical. My brother had the pain and swelling after his RALRP, but again, directly after.

I'm just 4 weeks out and have mild to moderate testicular pain most of the time

I too had epididymitis, about 6 months out. My scrotum got hard as a rock and looked like a baseball. Very painful and feverish. Took pain meds and antibiotics. Just another battle scar from this cussed pc. Regards Inkhorn
