Hi Guys,.
Just wondering if you can share your timeline for intercourse after Surgery.
I am 5 1/2 weeks past my Surgery I am taking cialis 5mg every day. Erection about
15%-20%
I took a 100mg Viagra and had about
a 35-40% erection. which was semi usable. HOWEVER I leak during intercoure.
Is this unhealthy for my wife?
I am a very fit runner and am very anxious and desperate... Thanks
Of course I am grateful for being alive first and foremost!

I had intercourse 30 days out. I was told to wait 30 days.
It's not unhealthy (urine). But I'd recommend sex in the shower at this point in your rehab.
It's a process and we all hit milestones at different intervals. What is important is that the vast majority do in fact report significant improvements throughout the first two years.
There are also therapists that can also help in the rehab process.

Jalvarado,
As for the timeline you should ask your doctor and do what he says. That said, it sounds like you are making good progress. Getting a semi-usable result with Viagra at 5 1/2 weeks is good news. There are guys who bounce back faster than that but not many -- you are doing better than the average.
The urine is harmless and will diminish with time. I take it you are mostly continent but leak while aroused? That is common. Usually it gets better (but not always).
You should bear in mind that you are recovering well and try to have fun and not be so stressed out. Being "anxious and desperate" can cause erection problems for an 18 year old guy in perfect health. Talk to you doctor about
what you can do when then try to find some activities that you are your wife enjoy that let you use what you've got and not stress out about
the stuff you haven't got back yet after your surgery.

Have you tried a constriction band? It may not only improve your erections but stop the urine leaking...

I am 5 months post-op and still get zero erectile response at all with Cialis or Viagra. I use bimix, with great success. My doc told me that I could start bimix/intercourse 6 weeks after surgery.

Even with the meds - you can't just sit there and wait for Mr Pee Wee to grow. He and you need to be stimulated.
