Can you tell us a bit more about your HT? You mentioned Avodart but the down, tired, wet and sweaty side effects sound like you may have been on something else, too. That'll help us zero in on your tall-building-jumping expectations.

I'm tired, occasionally sweaty 4 minutes at a time, and marginally anemic. Doc said my hemoglobin is just below normal, and not of concern yet, and common between the HT and radiotherapy.

HT apparently does this to us... not a picnic....

So, if I understand right, You started 18 months of ADT in April 2012 (right before your IMRT). Since you mentioned Avodart, that suggests you were on ADT3 (Trelstar + Bicalutimide + Avodart) and you probably got your last shot in July. That shot should technically not wear off until October. (It's a quarterly shot that suppresses you testosterone for three months starting when you get the shot). (When do you stop the Bicalutimide? Have you already?)

If that is all true you should expect to be feeling more normal somewhere around six to nine months after your last shot is due to wear off in October). Sometime next spring, for a guess. As for jumping tall buildings I would expect to start with half the number of stories you did prior to treatment. If you used to be able to clear twenty stories, you might start working with a goal to get back up to ten stories. Start with three or four stories. Baby steps at first.
