My PSA was checked just after my primary radiotherapy, and while still on ADT2. Not commonly done, but it was to verify that the ADT2 is working as desired, since radiation hasn't had time to mature in its effects yet.
I had an undetectable <0.1 PSA, and I'm thrilled with it since it means my PCa is responsive to hormone therapy, and it is under control for now. An undetectable PSA seems like a really good thing no matter why it's low. What specific aspect of treatment is doing it may not be all that important at first, especially if you're still in a radiation series. RT takes months to even a year or two to have full effect.
So.... did your surgery clear it? With a G9 it's possible, but high risk of recurrence at some future time and sometimes soon. Did RT clear it? Can't really tell yet, too early. Is the HT doing it? Pretty likely, and good news showing your case is responsive to hormones.
With a G9 case, "under control" may be the best we can hope for, and hopefully for a long, long time.
