Hello again. I've been having some groin pain on and off for about
8 months. It has not been a huge problem as it comes for a few days and then goes away for a few weeks.
However, two days after an uneventful good workout, it has really been bad. I can barely walk (especially right now, after teaching 2 classes and moving around a lot).
I suspect this is "just" a groin strain/pull. I have had a inguinal hernia in the past. That only got painful at the end of a long day and I had the typical telltale lump.
No lump here. The pain is sharp and is concentrated in either the groin or upper thigh (it moves slightly from one to the other). I'm going to get it checked out later today.
Any experiences from you folks on this issue?
