Hey Ray sorry to see the psa escalation, you knew that us guys in such scenarios have high risk factors. Your original results were very good and you did better than I did in the early nadir psa levels. It is always a very hard decision to make as to what do you do on your own situation.
I know you are smart enough to research your options and weigh and contemplate your choices, even though that gets harder when you are the tree within the forest (can't see the tree for the forest .....saying).
You have more options than you just mentioned and you know that too. Sometimes the problem is will the doc co-operate and write such an Rx or offer such things that are useable but not commonly used.
Anyway I hope you get a fair shake or compassionate useage on such drug options. Don't freak out to early, I had psa rise on ADT3 within the 1st two years and drove it back for about
8 years thereafter, which even surprized my sorry posterior. We should probably start a Dragon Slaying club on H.Well, for the non-zero club members, we put on the armor and draw the sword to fight this sob fire breathing humongous beast. Goliath like lizard needs its head removed, we await the righteous slayer(s). Hope is eternal......
