The Prostate Cancer Roundtable has endorsed a statement developed by the Prostate Health Education Network (PHEN) on the role of PSA testing in the early detection of prostate cancer among men acknowledged to be at elevated risk.

Be proud that you supported Casey59's Movember movement where all funds went to "The Prostate Cancer Foundation" and were matched by both Casey and Tony. This foundation fully and completely supports early testing of men "at risk" which includes those vets exposed to Agent Orange. My views on the VHA's "Guidelines" are well known and need to be changed. A Vietnam veteran should not have to "Specifically Ask" for a psa test prior to an "informed decision making discussion"..In any event, it's a start!

Amen! To me all men at "at risk" and like voting in Chicago, I say - "test early and test often" :)

I agree with all but underscore "consensus statement 2" -- If I had relied on my PSA alone, I would most likely have been in deeper trouble right now.
