caverject doseage ??

Hi I am having a problem with the recommended dose of viridal 40mg.injection I have tried the lower dose of 20 mg to no avail, my Dr suggested I up it to 40 mg which is the full dose in the vial .even then I do not achieve a satisfactory erection that allows penetration, I am curious if any members has injected themselves twice with 25mg each time giving a dose of 50mg ?would that be wise ? forget the cost of using two cartridges to achieve this living in the UK our prescriptions are free !! I've done shots with the same PGE-1 ingredient as your Caverject systems have for a while -- drawing from a mixture strength of around 60mcg/ml and then using 20-30 units per shot. So that was around 12mcg to 20mcg PGE-1 delivered amounts. Those were usually fine for a 1-2hr erection of good EQ.

So maybe you are having leakage issues or you just don't have enough blood flow inward to inflate things enough. Tough to say which one -- which maybe your Uro can figure out for you. How's your blood pressure? High BP can translate into low flow.

Other than that, your uro, or a uro that specialized in ED issues, might be needed to figure it out.
