Confused,
Welcome to the forum. Hope we can help.
A year and a half ago I started a thread about
the scrotal tissue problem...
In that thread, I said...
Here is a problem I have run into and solved (sorta)... I offer it to help others who run into the same problem, and in hopes that someone else has found an even better solution than mine:
One of the joys of the Fall season for men on HT is that with the first hint of cool weather one's crewmasters muscles (which are capable of hoisting a set of grown-up testicles up into warmer climes) will pull one's Lupron-shrunken little gumdrops up all the way into the body cavity with an almost audible *thwipp*. They nestle there on either side of the base of ones Johnson, surrounded by a loopy pile of stuff -- spermatic cord, vascular tissue and assorted, free-loating scrotal detritus -- that is just waiting for the vacuum device to slurp it all up like an unsupervised four year old with a plate of spaghetti.
After several months of reasonably-successful pumping with my Vacurect VED I had several sessions where I had to stop well short of my target because the vacuum kept pulling lumpy bits of 'scrotal tissue' through the ring. I am not sure what sort of tissue it was but I do know that it was well served by sensory nerves. They let me know there was a problem. I tried all three of the VED mfg's suggestions -- smaller ring, less lube, pump slower -- without avail.
What finally worked was to capture the little guys with my fingers, pull them away from my body, tie a stretchy nylon sock around my scrotum to keep them captured and then pump away. It works, and my wife tells me that the black sock tied around my gonads adds considerably to the dignity of the procedure.
Since then I have developed a technique that does not require the sock. I suspect it will only work with a Vacurect pump. The different rings that the Vacurect uses do help somewhat with the problem -- just not quite enough. But with my new technique -- which uses a pinky finger interposed between the lower side of the ring and the scrotum -- I seem to have overcome the problem completely.
If you do buy a Vacurect pump (and I like mine) drop me an email and I will describe the technique in more detail.
