Yes, it does take awhile for the nerves to wake up after surgery. I had my surgery about 2 months before you and I am still struggling with ED. I haven't tried Trimix but it seems to work well for a lot of the guys. I can reach orgasm and very strong ones just not the old fashion way.

When I had surgery, I accepted that Incontinence and ED issues were going to be with me. I am just recovering this week from installation of an AUS to help end the dribbles I had since surgery. You didn't mention incontinence, are you dry now. If so you have passed one hurdle already with one more to go so you are ahead of me.

I didn't elect to have an implant installed as some guys do when they have an AUS. That is a possibility. I would give it a little more time yet. It hasn't been 2 years since your surgery, it has taken your body years to develop a T2C Gleason 7 tumor.

Recovery of erectile function after surgery routinely takes up to two years and sometimes things continue to improve up to four years out. So you are still in the time when lots of men start to recover.

Do you know how well the surgeon was able to spare your nerves during the surgery? If he saved the nerves on both sides you have a good chance of recovering so you don't need the trimix. If both nerves were taken then it will probably be trimix from here on out.

Anything you can do to get an erection will help improve your chances of recovering natural erections someday. Erections bring oxygenated blood to the tissues and keep them from shriveling up (atrophy). Trimix is a particularly good way to keep your erectile tissues in good shape while you wait for your nerves to heal (which, as I said above, can take a long time.)

It's been a year out for me and I too am getting frustrated. I really don't feel that good with my URO so I'm thinking of finding one that has much greater expertise with ED and now Peyronies. I was using the Trimix but have stopped once the Peyronies showed up. I worried that the injections may have caused it but many Dr's and good people on this forum advise that Trimix is not the cause of the Peyronies. So maybe you should do the same , at least start exploring some more medical help from someone that has expertise in the specific area. I beleive that is what I have to do as this chronic penis problems is starting to wear at me and ruin my lfe somewhat.
I'm single also with a beautiful fiance. I'm surprised she has hung in there this long with this ED thing I'm going through. I guess if I don't want to be alone I'd better get my rear in gear and get some real help maybe you too. Al
