Continent? Dont throw away those pads, yet!

I've been continent for a while and pad free. Unfortunately I picked up a terrible chest infection (some woman on the plane coughed and sputtered all over me during an international flight last week).

Try controlling your Pelvic Floor whilst your body spasm when you cough is just impossible! I had to go back onto pads last week whilst on antibiotics.I'm not in clear as yet and the doctor prescribed another batch of antibiotics. Meanwhile I shall be wearing my pad each day, just in case!

I know it will resolve itself in due course; but for the moment may I suggest that you don't throw your spare/unused pads away they might come in handy again.

I can relate... all sorts of little movements will cause me to squirt...but not enough for a pad...(((knocks on wood)))

I hope you get over your cough quickly and the pads become a distant memory.

I had my surgery late in the summer of 2010. I managed to play a few more rounds of golf, though, before cold weather set in.

The next spring, I was cleaning out my golf bag and found a pad in one of the pockets. I guess I had packed one in there just in case, but never needed it. With great joy, I threw it away, and you will soon throw yours away again, too.
