I just read a newsletter sent to me from Zero Prostate Cancer that said a new blood test called a Prostate Health Index (phi) that is 3 times more specific in detecting Prostate Cancer than a PSA test is now available. The test's accuracy decreases the need for men who test positive for elevated PSA levels undergo a biopsy in order to achieve a reliable diagnosis.
Now if someone smarter than me can post the link from Zero so you can read all about
it.
