It seems to have done the opposite for you - as I look at your PSA pattern, it revealed your PC rather than hiding it. Because it is so good at getting rid of the PSA from BPH, any rise while one is on it must be due to other causes. So if someone is taking it and his PSA does not go down, or goes down and steadily rises (as yours did in 2011), it is a much clearer indication that PC, and probably higher grade PC, is the culprit. Finasteride/dutasteride then improves the diagnostic accuracy of the PSA test.
