update on rising psa

i miss read my result the first time because i didn't use my reading glasses . I had an appointment with Urologist yesterday so decided to down my result as soon as i started to write them down I saw the mistake I had made :

0.080 0.000 - 3.900 teat date 3/24/14
My new Urologist done a DRE and found no lumps where my prostate use to be. There was no cancer cells was found in the urine test. He said if the psa reaches 0.200 he will give me a shot of RAD . He also stated that he have never seen a case after 22 years that cancer had recurred . I have to do another psa the middle of Nov which will be done in the Philippines where I will be for the next month unless my psa rise to 0.2 .If that happin I will have to cut my winter vacation short.My doc
I posted my rising PSA on cancer survivors network and a member send back some really good information to me. I have go back on that site and let him know that i had misread my psa result.
My doctor that done my 10 years check told me that i was cured but to keep doing my psa every year and I am glad that I did. I just wish some of the doctor would quit using the word cured when discussing prostate cancer. After doing my research , i found the word that should be used is remission or cancer in remission because there is no cure for it. You can think that you put it sleep and it won't or shouldn't wake up.
