Question:

When the tension rings are used do they help keep you dry? Or does leakage continue in spite of the rings?

I assume you are talking about the tension rings that are used in conjunction with a vacuum erection device. Those rings -- which you are only supposed to use for half an hour -- do generally keep you dry while you wear them.
