Green Urine?

A caregiver mentioned green urine in the hospital after RP and I got curious what might have caused it. I found a couple of possibilities that struck me as interesting. Since Miki is currently hanging on by her toenails I thought I would start another thread so we can geek out a bit. So, ignoring the various metabolic problems that can make your urine green (since they are not likely to have been precipitated by surgery, it might be --

An occasional side effect of Propofol, or

Filling him up with blue dye to test for leaks during the operation

And, coincidentally, the fluorescent dye they use lights up green.

I posted docs response to this in my Surgery done thread...The other guys I've seen on the floor that I think had the same procedure(just going by the drain tube and cath bag and the fact we're on the urology floor that it was probably the same surgery) I see do not have green urine, their's looks muddy brown. Maybe different docs do it differently??
