I've recently been treated for a non-PC related issue. Completely unsolicited, one of the medical professionals commented while reviewing her computer screen, "You have outstanding medical insurance coverage."
My insurance also "covers" PDE5-inhibitors. Sounds good.
Then (after my RP, when I actually went to fill the prescript
ion) I found out their coverage is for about
ten pills (I've forgotten exactly how many) over 90 days. Then I found out that due to their complex prescript
ion formula, the deductible is unusually high for these "covered" pills.
I have yet to hear of anyone with insurance coverage that pays for the quantity of PDEs that the doctors recommend.
