True dat this sounds screwy to me but what is there to be done? I was told up front (maybe because I was going in with a Bx ~ 87 gm prostate which path showed to be 106) that if there was any trouble(though not expected, still) I would be converted to
open. I told them I understood, because with 36 years as an anesthesia provider behind me, you can believe I have seen many a laparoscopic attempt go
open. Still, you were down to 67, not huge. Also, the prostate was cut in half to get it out via the scope equipment? Is that something that is commonly done if you can't get it out? Hard to understand not
opening(but I'm not a surgeon and wasn't there) But there it is for whatever reason, you were not
opened and that is that. Sorry to hear about
this!

I suspect it was those nasty tertiary 5s that got loose.
If not too much trouble, may I ask: what are tertiary 5s? And while I am asking, what is a "very focal right seminal vesicle tissue"? Mainly asking about
VERY focal.
