Any insight on the MRI findings.... what they mean?

Findings:

1.multiple foci of prostate cancer in residual prostatic tissue. ( I had TURP)
2. . 6cm left pelvic sidewall node
3. No evidence of bone metastasis.

Could anyone give insights on findings?
