Nearly three year "undetectable" run post SRT ended in December, and confirmed in January (history below). Met with oncologist this week; the plan is to wait to July, scan and determine treatment course at that time. Maybe get "lucky" and scans will identify one or two locations that can be targeted, but I know the thing is also systemic. In the interim, my wife and I are headed for Thailand, Laos, Singapore and Hong Kong next week for eight weeks of independent travel (my wife is one of the few people I know who loves travel more than me, so we will keep on going). I think of this trip and the next five months as my "Get Out of Jail Free Card for Five Months." We will see what the summer brings. Best wishes to all. And Happy Travels!

Started “Paleo diet” in 2013. Only eat analogs of what I plausibly could have fished, hunted, or gathered 40,000 years ago (certainly not with current skill set). No processed food of any kind. No sugar. Feel physically strong and best in years on this diet. Lots of outdoors work.
