Wow, Purgatory, very interesting! Cost prohibitive for all but the wealthy most likely, but wow!
I agree with Tall Allen that it is unlikely to be due to the urethra, especially during erection. From what I understand, the urethra is anchored on the penile side of the prostate, and it is the bladder that is pulled down to make the connection. Plus, at 13 months out, I have had no obvious shrinkage yet, although I was convinced at first that I did. And my urethra was cut just like yours was.
When I first used a pump I could only get to about 1/2 normal size. But shortly after I did my 1st injection and it pretty much popped up to normal size, if not quite normal firmness. After that, things always went well with pump rehab, getting up to at least normal size if not a bit more so. My only worries now are that I don't inject or pump near as much as I should, so I hope that does not cause me future problems.
But if you have not been using a pump, and/or maybe also injections for rehab, you might consider it. Either one of those does a fine job of getting blood down where you need it. Many say that there is not enough arterial blood pulled in with a pump, but it for sure gets things stretched out- just go slow and careful, if it hurts stop, back off! When I first started pumping it felt cold, but now it is always nice and warm and pink.
So, it is possible that pumps and/or injections can help you regain some of your lost length, of you are not already doing those things. Maybe.
