PSA update and such

Hello all,

I got my latest PSA result of 1.86.

I added some magnesium and Co Q-10 along with the Citra-cal with D3.
I noticed I'm feeling pretty good and a bit more energetic these days.

Are you still on the monthly Firmagon injections? If not, you may want to consider it and hopefully knock that PSA down to undetectable although I suspect that you will get there the way you are going regardless.
