Nocturnal Emissions after Radical Prostatectomy

Hi folks, hope all are well. I just had the weirdest sensation yesterday. I woke up in the middle of the night with a feeling that my penis was going to ejaculate something. But obviously, because I've had a prostatectomy, there's no liquid to come out. Has anyone else experienced something similar? The only think that strikes me is the nocturnal emissions I used to have. Cheers!

Here's the thing for me. What I find is that the sensations of impending ejaculation still happen...and are quite enjoyable really. I remember reading somewhere that the nerves that are in charge of erection are quite separate from the nerves that, as it were, tie everything together and create the sensations of ejaculation and orgasm. Which is why it is entirely possible for someone to have no ability to have an erection...and still have all the sensations that go with orgasm.
