Anyone with good response from Xtandi after Docetaxel and Zytiga?

My dad started Xtandi 1st of february. His PSA went down immediately from 100 to 60 and further down to 50 and has been stable since that. I was wondering if anyone else has good experience with Xtandi after Docetaxel and Zytiga? I've heard about cross resistance, but it doesn't mean it's like that for everyone. ( I hope)

Hi my Dad started on Xtandi just under 3 weeks ago, previously he has had 9 Docetaxel 3 weekly treatments and 2 jevtana. Dad also has 3 monthly hormone injections and has had radiothearpy to his spine and hips.

I am very inspired by your Dads drop in PSA, so good to hear positive reactions to this drug.

My Dad has a PSA around 1000. next week he will have his kidney stent replacement procedure.

his next appointment with oncology is 6th May so he will have PSA results then. Hoping for good news.
