Hey Guy's........Over time, I have found that my trimix prescription does not do the job it use to….. :(

My prescription comes from Wedgewood Pharmacy and is labeled "Tri-Mix Standard" on the 10ml vial

On the side of the vial it says-

Prostaglandin E1 5.88 ug/ml

Papaverine HC1 18.0 mg/ml

Phentolamine Mesylate 0.6 mg/ml

How does this strength compare to what others are getting….weak ? Medium ?, strong ?

It says "Standard" on the label, but not sure how that would compare to other prescriptions others are getting.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Maybe you need to give the new bride and mr pee wee some reset smhair

But, approx how much are you taking each time and are you at least skipping a day or two in between?

I went from 25 units all the way up to 50 units over the last few years but stopped using it because it was not doing the job anymore.....it would be several days between uses. I use to get rock hard for 1 1/2- 2 hrs and I could keep on going even after I climaxed.

Now, I can have natural sex but I climax way to early and I can't seem to control it anymore......I need my "mr pee wee" to stay hard longer to take care of my wife....she is a lot of work to get her over the hill :-)

I am going to see my uro and want to have him change my prescription to see if that helps.

You might talk to your pharmacy about "Tri-Mix Super" (or something like that) which is between three and four times a strong. The stuff you've been using is pretty watery. You will need to talk to your uro for a new scrip but talking to the pharmacy first might save a step. "Compounding" pharmacies don't actually do much compounding for trimix. They buy kits from other bigger pharmacies and the easiest thing is to make sure you ask you doc for a scrip for something the pharmacy will have.

Have you considered straight alprostadil (ie. Edex or Caverject)?

I will ask my Uro what options he might recommend and go from there...my first thought was to just increase the strength if my current prescription was on the weaker end of the spectrum.
