3 month post RALP check at 4 months

Because my URO is busier than a one armed man hanging wall paper, I made my three-month appointment two months ago, and this was the earliest I could get in, I am having my 3 month check a month late. Had my PSA checked yesterday and it is still undetectable (I never thought it wouldn't be). Tomorrow I'll see the URO.

4 months post RALP I am entirely continent (save an occasional spasm squirt - a few drops) usually caused by alcohol or citrus juice. Even those are getting far and few between. On the ED front, I am about 60% on a 100mg dose of sildenafil, but only when I am erect -- errrr -- verticle that is. We'll see what the URO says about that. Otherwise, all is good.

My brother goes in for AUS installation tomorrow. Keep him in your thoughts.

I had similar reactions to PDE5is during my first six months -- "to be upstanding, you must be upstanding" ... thats a very good sign. In time everything will recover and you'll be able to lie on your back and just admire your hardon for mere aesthetic appeal.

Trimix definitely helped me to go horizontal during those first critical months... that might be an option.
