ejacution after biopsy?

I had my biopsy a month ago 7/20. My ejaculating looked like pure blood for about 3 weeks. Last week they were more like milk chocolate. Now this week, nothing comes out, then when I pis, chunks of blood clot come out. Last night, shot another blank but didn't pis out the blood clots. I'm not sure what to think or do. Anyone else have anything similar? They took 18 cores and luckily they didn't find cancer, but that is still a lot of trauma inside there.

The bleeding is very typical, but you should be able to ejaculate. Are you taking an alpha-blocker (e.g., Flomax)? They cause a condition called retrograde ejaculation. Maybe some clots are plugging the seminal vesicles? I'd talk to your Uro if this persists.

I had a similar experience. After about 2 weeks it returned to almost normal.

Always a good idea to check in with the uro if you have questions.

18 is a lot of cores, mine was 12. Did they do a trans-perineal?

Call the doc. Likely nothing to worry about, but best to ask. It isn't all that common.

The blood should clear up within 2 weeks....Time to talk to your Urologist...

I had an Mri first that showed 3 lesions so they did 6 cores of each guided by ultrasound. I'll call the urologist in the am. Thx
