Leaking again...question?

Was virtually leak free after surgery, did the 40 radiation treatments last December/January without any complications. For the last month during the day when I'm walking or standing up I have been leaking quite a bit. Still nothing when just sitting or lying down. I can still start/stop flow when standing no problem. I was told that during the radiation treatments I might experience something similar to this, but had nothing then. Any thoughts?

RT is the gift that keeps on giving. I get urgency even now, but no leaking. I'd complain to your URO. Could be something going on or it might clear up on its own.

I thought I was going to be one of the fortunate ones to suffer no side effects except a little radiation rash! Oh well... URO appointment in a couple months, will see how it is then. If it doesn't get any worse I'll tolerate it for now and just try to drink a little less. Thanks Andrew!

It might get a little better in the next couple of months, but do call the URO if it gets worse.

Yup sounds familiar, sadly.
Post surgery I was dry, but a while after my SRT I started getting annoying leaks, not floods, but the sort that are big enough to leave a visible mark on the outside of your clothes about the size of a coin.
I'm now 5 years post SRT and wear a pad (size 2) day and night. A nuisance, but helps me avoid needing to run to the bathroom every 30 minutes or more often.

I dd really well with not leaking until about 1 & 1/2 years after the ART. Then I got some slight leakage if I coughed, sneezed or bent over with a full bladder. Now, 2 years after the end of radiation I still get the occasional small leak from these or similar circumstances.

Yeah, ART is indeed the gift that just keeps giving. sad

Thanks everyone, figured that's what it was, glad it's nothing worse. The new "norm" as we say.
