I guess the definition of ED is not being able to successfully maintain an erection through to complete intercourse. That being said I'm ED for sure. It will get hard but it just won't work through the whole deal. Truly gets exhausting after 30 months of trying. Using "C" but little effect. The question then becomes , what do you do? Just keep waiting? Get an Implant? Really does not seem to be improving much. Just feeling beat tonight on the this whole ED thing. Thanks Al

sadly, the implant might be your next step.

Might be a conversation you need to have with the doctor.

Now this concerns me. Surgery in two weeks. Time to get busy........

Yup, if you're afraid of more curvature from trimix/bimix the implant is all that's left I'm afraid. After 30 months it's unlikely to change. For what little sex my wife wants the trimix is fine, if you have a more enthusiatic partner the implant may well be worth it. They seem to be very successful with lots of satisifed customers. Does trimix work any better for you? What about a constriction band?

If it gives you hope...They've been able to restore erections in rats with injections of stem cells into the corpus callosum, but then, everything works in rats.

Hi Bigal, I noticed your signature says you are on 5mg of cialis.. have you tried a higher daily dose? Maybe 10mg. Or at least test with a double up the day before and day of. I have also noticed if you stop for a week and then do 10mg for 2 days it kind of gives a little boost. It helps to take the last pill about 30 minutes before activity. Due to another issue I had to deal with, besides PC, I was in the position to try various ED medications and I had time to play around and see what worked best. Good luck my friend.

Bigal, wouldn't a penile implant also likely help with the Peyronie's?

Can you still have pleasurable orgasms and sensations? If I could, i think I'd be getting an implant for sure. Maybe 2 implants like PDA. Blue plate special!

Sorry to hear about your ongoing ED problems.

Couldn't tell from your signature, were you a high-risk case when you pursued surgery? Was wondering if you had non-nerve sparing procedure.

Did Dr Spamadi do a thorough job of explaining the high rates of ED issues following surgery? And Peyroni's, too, although the rates of occurrence are lower than ED. A lot of guys get caught off-guard with these types of outcomes and therefore tend to be more dissatisfied with their results...especially if their choice to pursue surgery was more "elective."

So I'd be careful doubling the prescription dosage of Cialis. I've read somewhere that too much in the blood has a counter-effect.
