Ireland and PC

Hello my friends,I just recently talked to(e-mailed) my Wifes cousin that lives near Dublin.He was diagnosed last year and had robotic surgery and radiation .He is a Chicago native that moved there with family 10 years ago.He says that Ireland is about 5 years behind the times with PC.He had a 9.7 PSA at age 57 of last year.He wrote me in detail about his experience.But the bottom line is pathology: PT3pbN1.Can someone explain these letters and numbers?
