Decipher test results...more of the same?

Hubby had the Decipher test done and his results say he is an Intermediate Risk consistent with average clinical risk. His five year genomic risk of metastasis is 7.3%, 94% 5 year metastasis free, 92.6% ten year metastasis free.
I'm not sure what to think of these results. Good I guess? I'm not sure I'm actually taking away anything new from the test results. We are just kinda stuck in the middle I guess.
Any opinions?

PSA is telling you that there is so far nothing to worry about and the Decipher score is saying the same. I'd be out celebrating. You're right that Decipher didn't add anything to what you already knew from PSA. Usually one gets the test when uPSA is detectable and one wants to know whether the rise is worth doing something about. Then it can be a useful decision tool.

I was hoping you'd respond Allen. Frank's pathology at 4+3=7 is unsettling and we did the decipher test to get a different angle on the situation but there doesn't appear to be a differnt angle. At this point I guess we just need to hope we are part of the 94% not the 7%
