Help understanding MRI report

I'm re-posting this as a new thread, since I didn't get much feedback when it was incorporated in my last post. If I am doing this wrong, please pardon me as I am new to this forum. Thank you in advance for your replies and advice.

Test was:Multiparametric images using Philips Achieva 3 Tesla scanner, with 3d reconstruction?? Sounds like maybe yes for 3t-mpMRI??

Results were: Prostate volume 37cc. Right peripheral zone contained a 10 mm X 4 mm X 4 mm ill-defines lesion in the medial midgland that demonstrates restricted diffusion, abnormal enhancement and no hyperintense signal on the long B sequence, It is moderately concerning for prostatic malignancy. 3/5

A similar-appearing infiltrative lesion is present in the left peripheral zone extending from the medial base to the medial mid gland. It measures 7 mm x 5 mm x 11 mm. It demonstrates brisk abnormal enhancement, restricted diffusion and a faint hyperintense signal on the ling B sequence. It is highly concerning for prostate malignancy 4/5. Overlying caps intact, No specific lesions are seen to the anterior fibromuscular stroma. Nodular hypertrophy of the transitional appears benign.

The retroprostatic fat planes are clear. No lymphadenopathy is seen to include lymph node chains. No abnormal enhancing lesions are seen to the included bones to suggest osseous metastasis.

Please help me interpret this...are these suspicious lesions relatively large or small? Are they on both side of the prostate? Is there any other "telling" information???
